A Primer on House district 92

Background

Texas House District 92 is comprised of the cities of Bedford, Euless and Hurst as well as Northeastern parts of Fort Worth, Arlington and the northwestern parts of Grand Prairie.

As of the 2010 census, a total of 162,326 civilians reside within Texas' ninety-second state house district. Texas state representatives represent an average of 167,637 residents. After the 2000 Census, each member represented 139,012 residents. There are 5 School Districts included in House District 92 and they include Arlington ISD, HEB ISD, Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, Birdville ISD and Keller ISD. We have helped to elect Democrats and Independent progressives in municipal races, school board races and have our sights set on bringing some balance to the state legislature by contacting our elected officials and campaigning for Democrats and Independent progressives on up. In the 2018 election 57.2% of voters turned out for a total of 60,353 votes cast. Of the total votes cast, 48.25% of the voters voted for Democrats - House District 92 will be one of the most competitive districts in the 2020 election and we can't do it without you.
